Worksmith Customer Success
As Customer Success Representative, you’ll play a critical role on the Worksmith platform by helping clients and vendors get jobs done well and on-time. By providing top-notch customer service, you’ll solve client problems and help vendors grow their businesses.
Day-to-day you will:
- Play a key role in communicating with local service providers and clients to ensure job requests are completed
- Coordinate with local service providers to make sure they place bids, schedule jobs, and confirm completion in a timely manner
- Train clients and service providers on the use of Worksmith software
- Listen and understand client needs to provide feedback to the Engineering team and influence features of the platform
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest quality customer service is provided to all clients and local service providers

Requirements:
- Based in Austin, Texas
- A four-year college degree
