Worksmith Marketplace Support

As Marketplace Support Representative, you will provide unparalleled service to Worksmith clients and local service providers. With excellent communication skills plus a knack for anticipating and solving customer concerns, you’ll guide our clients and vendors to success on the Worksmith platform. 

Day-to-day you will:

  • Know the Worksmith platform inside and out, from both the client and the service provider perspective

  • Enable clients and service providers to navigate the Worksmith platform like ninjas

  • Communicate professionally and energetically with clients and the Worksmith network of local vendors

  • Answer client and service provider questions with unmatched speed and accuracy

  • Listen and understand client and local vendor needs in order to provide feedback to the Engineering team and influence features of the platform

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest quality customer service is provided at all times

  • Record and communicate bugs and feedback to the developers and the management team

Requirements:

  • Based in Austin, Texas

  • A four-year college degree
