Recruiting Coordinator

As Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role driving the growth of the Worksmith team by partnering with business leaders to identify great talent and build scalable recruiting processes. You will be an ambassador of the Worksmith values of caring, industriousness, and curiosity and will serve as an essential liaison between candidates and the highly engaged hiring managers.

Day-to-day you will:

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process: develop and execute sourcing strategies with the hiring teams, manage job postings, review resumes, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and translate them into job descriptions

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

  • Create and implement recruiting processes and operational efficiencies

  • Track and prepare recruiting status and success reports

The right candidate will:

  • Demonstrate tenacity, a positive attitude, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done

  • Possess an ability to overcome challenges with little oversight

  • Proactively identify and develop solutions to existing challenges  

  • Have a strong background in building passive and active talent pipelines

  • Be experienced in evaluating, implementing, and managing candidate tracking systems

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in full cycle recruiting

  • Based in Austin, Texas

  • A four-year college degree
