Recruiting Manager

As the Recruiting Manager, your enthusiasm, proactive attitude, attention to detail and intuition will help shape the foundation of Worksmith’s recruiting culture.

Being a leader at Worksmith means doing whatever it takes to get the job done. In the Recruiting Manager’s case, this means writing and posting job descriptions, evaluating and selecting an ATS, scheduling and preparing candidates for interviews with hiring managers, etc, in addition to developing the overall hiring strategy with business leaders.

As Recruiting Manager, you will represent company values of hard work, curiosity, and caring. Your experience building successful teams across functional areas will equip you to:

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and translate them into job descriptions

  • Develop scalable recruiting process to find, attract, and retain top talent

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the evaluation process

  • Define and prepare recruiting status and success reports

  • Based in Austin, Texas

  • A four-year college degree

  • 3+ years full cycle recruiting

  • Experience managing the pipeline and data of the ATS
