Worksmith Software Engineer
Our engineers are intricately involved with the entire software stack. In a given week, you might be working on our React Native mobile app, our client and service provider web portals, or our or Java / Spring Rest API and are expected to contribute thoughtful, business-oriented solutions to the challenges that arise with each.
Being an engineer at Worksmith means getting your hands dirty to truly understand the business. For example, you might:
Shadow the sales team to understand the client onboarding process and devise a solution to increase the signup conversion rate.
Dive into the data with our operations team to identify spending trends and build predictive reporting models.
Review client and service provider feedback with the customer success team to identify common pain points in the software and produce more efficient, easier to use systems.
You'll be owning the design, implementation, testing, launch, and support of the applications you write. Engineers here are expected to be self sufficient and are given the latitude to make autonomous decisions with their code.
