Easily submit work orders, both one-time requests and recurring services. The work order request form dynamically reconfigures to ask questions pertinent to the specific trade required, so that service providers receive exactly the information they need to provide a quote and schedule the job.

Schedule Jobs

Access the Worksmith platform through our iOS app, Android app, and web-based portal.

Successfully Complete Jobs

Service providers use the app to receive the job description, check in and out onsite, and upload completion reports and photos.

Manage Service Providers

COI information, as well as licensing and union eligibility, are all tracked within the platform.

Communicate with Service Providers and the Worksmith Team

You and your store teams can call and/or message service providers directly through the platform. You can also communicate with your dedicated Account Manager through the Worksmith system.

Streamline Invoicing and Payments

The Worksmith platform sends you one consolidated invoice, with a total procured for the period, subtotal by store location, and each individual line item detail about the jobs completed (hours, materials, etc.). You pay Worksmith, and Worksmith pays all of the vendors on your behalf.

Report and Analyze

The platform provides rich reporting and analytics out of the box, enabling you to track all of your spend in one place and manage your budget in real-time.
